CEO
Ambitious, accomplished entrepreneur Cora Barnes is the co- founder of Three Q PERMS & TEMPS, Nurse Jobs Ireland & K.I.D.S. (NFP). Celebrating 18 years as Managing Director in the provision of temporary staffing solutions and permanent recruitment services in Dublin. Day job – the business of matching jobs for in demand talent for hiring companies. Passionate about quality in service, business & children's education. Graduated with a BA in Social Science in 1999 (that her Dad still laments was never used) and on graduation day was texted the company registration number of her first company founded with two friends. Values people, connections, networking, youth empowerment, supporting start-ups and continuous learning. Currently in year two of an EMBA and loves to escape to travel or to dance or sometimes both at the one time.

Suzanne Finn
Sales & Operations Manager
Suzanne has worked with Three Q Recruitment since 2006. She started working with us as a Temp Consultant, then moved into our Payroll & Accounts Department and then moved on to become our Operations Supervisor. In 2012, Suzanne decided to broaden her knowledge outside of the Three Q family and emigrated to Australia, where she worked with Australia’s largest IT Recruitment Agency managing a team of 30+ people. She then re-joined our team in 2015 as our Sales & Operations Manager. Anyone who knows Suzanne knows that she fair and open and is extremely committed to delivering the Three Q’s – a Quality Service, with Qualified Candidates in the Quantity required by our Clients.

Zanine Wyeth
Perm Sales Manager
Zanine currently leads our team of Perm Recruiters and is passionate about the recruiting process. She gains great satisfaction working with operations and managers in order to source new talent and loves to watch people develop and gain new skills. Niaomh Heylin
Candidate & Digital Marketing Executive
Niaomh has previously worked in the retail industry while finishing her college studies, and from this experience has learned the importance of communication and team work. She holds a BSc Degree in Retail & Services Management and an MMII Graduateship from the Marketing Institute of Ireland. This year, Niaomh moved into the recruitment industry and joined Three Q Recruitment. She is now working in our Marketing Department as our Candidate & Digital Marketing Executive.

James has worked with Three Q Recruitment since 2015. Previously, he worked within the banking industry where he developed upon his leadership and training skills. Since starting with Three Q he has gained additional skills and experience as a HR candidate resourcer and Temp Controller. James holds a BA degree in Business Management with HRM.He has further progressed with Three Q Recruitment and is currently working as our HR Co-ordinator.

Ciara O'Donoghue
HR Candidate Resourcer Intern
Prior to working with Three Q Recruitment, Ciara’s background was predominantly in recruitment. She holds a BBS Degree in Entrepreneurship, has recently completed her MA in Human Resource Management and is an associate member of the CIPD.Ciara has learned from her experience as a recruitment consultant, the importance of the relationship between the consultant and their clients. Now she has stepped into a HR Candidate Resourcer role with us, She uses the knowledge of what recruitment consultants are looking for, to source the right people, for the right role in the right companies.

Eva Abahaziova
Payroll
Prior to working with Three Q Recruitment, Eva worked as a payroll administrator for a university in Dublin. This is where she developed her payroll skills. Eva holds an MA in Teaching and It was her previous experience working as a teacher that she discovered her passion for numbers and decided to take up a job as a payroll clerk. Eva is currently responsible for the day to day payroll operations here at Three Q Recruitment. She takes great pride in her work and gets personal satisfaction from every payroll completed correctly and on-time. She loves working with people and is always happy to help others. “I believe that while we are using amazing technology, still the most important part of our job is personal service and building lasting client relationships. Junior Temp Consultant & Candidate Resourcer
Ryan initially joined our team as an intern and progressed into a permanent role as a Junior Temp Controller. He previously worked within the public sector for 5 years within catering departments and believes that it is this experience that has helped him understand the needs of his current Clients and Temporary Staff. Ryan holds a BBS in Business Management, Marketing and Related Support Services. He loves to be a part of a cohesive and dynamic team, which he feels he has found here at Three Q Recruitment.

Shane Raleigh
Recruitment Consultant
Shane is our Hospitality Recruitment Consultant. He holds a BA Degree in Human Resource Management. Shane Previously worked as a Bar team Leader in a 5* Hotel and has taken his experience from this role and applied it to his role here at Three Q Recruitment. He has a clear understanding of the quality of candidates required by his clients having worked with agency staff in these facilities first hand. He believes that his strong communication skills, competitive nature and commitment comes from his passion for sports and has transferred these skills into his day to day work with his clients and his candidates.

Charlotte Crowe
Senior Temp Consultant
Charlotte has worked with Three Q Recruitment since 2008. She came from a catering background and initially joined our team as a Temp Chef. She progressed through the years from this role to our Junior Consultant and is now our Senior Temp Consultant. Charlotte holds a diploma in Safety, Health & Welfare at work and also successfully completed the NRF Certificate in Recruitment Practice. She is also our qualified In-House trainer in Primary Food Hygiene, Elder Care, Essential Food safety Training & 3Q Induction training. As the head of the temp division of our hospitality department, Charlotte takes great pride in her work here at Three Q recruitment.

Agnieszka Kobus
HR Candidate Resourcer Intern
Agnieszka has just recently joined our team here at Three Q Recruitment. She previously worked as a Retail Manager for over seven years and from this experience, she learned the importance of communication and working as a committed team player. Throughout the last few years she decided to move her career into the recruitment sector and to begin her studies in Human Resource Management. Meadhbh is one of our experienced recruitment consultants who joined our team earlier this year.
