Three Q Recruitment is very aware of it's responsibility to the environment and the future of our planet. We have practised a number of green business activities for a long time now and continue to re-use, recycle and lower usage of products where possible. Below is a list of the ways we have attempted to contribute environmental causes

• Paper Usage Reduction: All of our payslips to staff are sent via email. This saves on paper and staff find it more convenient. Double-sided printing is a default setting on all of the office computers. Our emails feature an environmental disclaimer about the unecessary printing of emails. Another aspect of this is the policy of not accepting CVs in hard-copy format. Only CVs in electronic format are now accepted. That way, only the CVs that really need to be printed, are. 

• Paper Recycling: Three Q has special waste bags to accomodate all of our paper refuse. These bags were purchased at a premium but facilitate the clean recycling of all the paper in the office. General refuse and paper refuse are kept seperate and Dublin City Council collects on a daily basis.

• Toner and Mobile Phone Recycling: All office ink cartridges and toners are recycled as are any unused or old business mobile phones. Often, this is done as part of a fundraising initiative for charity like our 2010 Jack and Jill Foundation mobile phone campaign
