Clinical Nurse Manager - South Dublin

My client,a well established 46 bed Nursing Home in South Dublin is currently seeking to fill a new position as Clinical Nurse Manager

Duties as follows :-

The CNM will be responsible for the operational, strategic, clinical, developmental, administrative and other duties that will be applicable to the post under the direction of the Superior.

The CNM will manage the House in compliance with all relevant legislation under his/her Scope of Nursing Practice, Code of Conduct and Employment Law.

To provide high quality, holistic care to residents and their families.

Demonstrate clinical and professional leadership

Requirements:

• Have 2 - 3 years elderly care experience
• (ABA Certified & Fluent English)
• Strong interpersonal skills essential
• Some management experience is deirable
