Junior IT Support Agent

Three Q Professional are currently recruiting for a Junior IT Support agent on behalf of our client an established logistics firm based in Dublin North.

Reporting to the IT Manager you will be responsible for:
• Dealing with employee's technical issues
• supporting office systems & data entry
• On call Support as arranged
• Employee training & stock taking
• Graphic design
• Intranet/Internet Website maintenance and upkeep

Candidate Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on their own initiative
• Ability to demonstrate innovation
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Organisational skills
• Relevant knowledge of handheld technology
• Good knowledge of Databases( SQL, Oracle), Website design (PHP, Javascript, HTML)
• Good knowledge of GSM networks
• Experienced with Windows Server 2003-2008, administration, Windows XP, Win7

Remuneration package include a paid mobile phone bill, free parking along with salary of €25,000 per annum.

It should also be noted that this is an opportunity to work with an expanding company and on diverse projects with realistic chances of career progression for the right candidate.

Salary and Benefits: €27,500 plus paid mobile phone bill and free parking

Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (5 days a week)
