Director of Nursing (Nursing Home)
My client, is a well established Nursing Home and now requires a Director of Nursing to manage the nursing operations in Limerick
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for the operational, strategic, clinical,
developmental, administrative and other duties that will be applicable to the
post under the direction of the Superior.
The Director of Nursing will manage the House in compliance with all relevant legislation
under his/her Scope of Nursing Practice, Code of Conduct and Employment
Law.
To provide high quality, holistic care to residents and their families.
Demonstrate clinical and professional leadership
Requirements:
Have 3 years elderly care experience in past 6 years to include a minimum of 5 years people management experience
R.G.N. (ABA Pin & Fluent English)
Strong People management experience essential
