HOME CARE MANAGER - SOUTH DUBLIN

Our clients are a leading home care provider based in Booterstown, south county Dublin and they are looking for a suitable qualified individual to work as our home care manager.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

·         Drawing up care plans for clients

·         Liasing with clients on an ongoing basis

·         Managing care workers

·         Developing strong sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals including public health nurses, hospital staff and G.P's

·         Following up on all enquiries with appropriate correspondence

·         Conducting face to face meetings with clients and decision makers as required

·         Identifying future areas of growth and opportunity for the company

·         Ensuring that all policies and procedures are carried out correctly and over seeing the supervision of carers

·         Ensuring the correct dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders

·         Overseeing the smooth running of the office

You will:

·         Be a qualified health professional e.g. Registered nurse, Social worker, Occupational therapist

·         Be dynamic, autonomous and a self starter

·         Be  organised and able to motivate

·         Have a professional  demeanour and presentation

·         Have a good understanding of healthcare systems and people with an ability to network

·         Excellent It skills

·         Flexibility to work outside normal working hours if necessary
