Senior Staff Nurse - Omagh

Our client in Omagh, part of a well established group with very high standards and an excellent reputation in elderly care, currently requires Staff Nurses for their Omagh based nursing home.

Career progression opportunities are ripe for motivated nurses with a keen interest in elderly care.

This is a hands on nursing role in a very professional nursing home excellent facilities.  Candidates must be flexible to work a 3 cycle shift (days, weekends, nights)

Must be An Bord Altranais and/or Nurse Midwifery Council Registered to work in Northern Ireland

Candidates must also have:

• Fluent English and work permit if applicable and have some experience caring for the elderly
• Providing nursing care to elderly service users.
• Hands on approach with patients
• Assist in  administering, monitoring and recording of service users medications.
• Liaising with families, GPs and other auxiliary agents.
• Ensuring all current legislation is adhered too
