Senior Staff Nurse / Clinical Nurse Manager -  Westmeath

My client, is a well established Residential Nursing Home is recruiting a  Clinical Nurse Manager to manage the nursing operations

The CNM will be responsible for the operational, strategic, clinical, developmental, administrative and other duties that will be applicable to the post under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

The CNM will manage the House in compliance with all relevant legislation under his/her Scope of Nursing Practice, Code of Conduct and Employment Law.

To provide high quality, holistic care to residents and their families.

Demonstrate clinical and professional leadership

Requirements:

• Have 3 years elderly care experience in past 6 years to include a minimum of 5 years people management experience
• R.G.N. (ABA Pin & Fluent English)
• Strong People management experience essential
