Cora Barnes is the MD of Three Q and one of the three founding partners.  Cora graduated with an honors degree in Social Science from UCD in 1999 and a post-graduate Diploma in Business & HRM in 2004. Cora won the Dublin City Enterprise Board Female Entrepreneur of the year in 2006 and has immense pride in the fact that Three Q was the first catering employment agency to achieve the ETP Standard in HR Excellence. Mike Fitzpatrick, Sales Manager & Temporary and Permanent Consultant, Professional Division

Mike Fitzpatrick joined the company in June 2011 as Sales Manager, bringing over 15 years experience working within the recruitment industry in Ireland with him.  Mike brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Three Q having worked at managerial level in both global and domestic recruitment companies providing permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to the multinational and SME sectors. Mike holds a Diploma in Marketing from The Marketing Institute Of Ireland (MII) and a BA in Business Studies along with several qualifications in Recruitment Practice, Sales Management and Finance. As Sales Manager, Mike’s key responsibility will be to further develop and expand the Catering, Medical and Professional Divisions in 2011 and into 2012.

Charlotte Crowe, Temporary and Permanent Consultant, Catering Division

Charlotte joined Three Q in April 2008. She is a Graduate of the Institute of Technology Galway, where she obtained a qualification in professional cookery. She also has a Diploma in Health & Safety which she obtained from University College Limerick. In 2009, Charlotte was one of ten recruiters who successfully completed the NRF Certificate in Recruitment Practice. Charlotte brings practical knowledge to the role, dedication to ensuring satisfaction and a belief that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing well!

Alan Noone, Senior Permanent Consultant, Medical Division

Alan Noone joined the company in December 2011 as Senior Recruitment Consultant. Alan’s experience has been in technical recruitment throughout his career, having recruited within the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Engineering sectors.  Alan is a highly motivated, energetic and passionate recruiter who always delivers on cleint and candidate expectations.  Alan has a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a BA in Business Admin., along with several qualifications within Recruitment Practice. He is also a Member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation and the Institute of Safety & Health. Alan’s key objective will be to further develop and expand the successful Medical and Pharmaceutical division within Three Q.

Niall Cullen, Marketing and Administration 

Niall joined Three Q Recruitment as an intern in November 2009. After travelling for a year, his aim was to gain hands-on experience in marketing, which he has a degree in from Dublin Institute of Technology. In June 2010, he was made full-time. As well as day-to-day administration and PA duties, Niall runs all of the company’s online and offline marketing campaigns and assists the team with recruitment activities when required also.

Trisha Myers, HR Co-Ordinator

Trisha Myers is the current HR Co-Ordinator for Three Q Recruitment. A graduate of National College of Ireland, Trisha has a BA in Business, Accountancy and Human Resources. Her previous experience includes a HR role in Oracle and Recruitment Consultant for Flexsource, working on the 500 new jobs created for the Opening of T2 in Dublin Airport. Trisha's role in the company is wide and varied but she is your main contact for all HR activities - training, HR correspondence, Garda Vetting etc.
